Agri-Mark operates three cheese manufacturing plants and a butter-powder facility.
Agri-Mark makes a variety of cheddars, light cheese, cultured products including Greek-style yogurt, Cottage Cheese and Sour Cream at its Cabot, Vermont plant. The campus is also home to the cooperative’s cut and wrap facility where cheese is sliced and packaged for retail sale.
Agri-Mark’s Chateaugay, New York plant is where the cooperative makes its New York Cheddars plus Pepperjack, Gouda, Muenster, and other cheese varieties. The campus includes the co-op’s Farm & Cheese store where shoppers can purchase cheese and supplies and farm supplies.
The largest of Agri-Mark’s cheese plants, the Middlebury, Vermont facility makes Vermont cheddars and whey proteins.
In West Springfield, Agri-Mark makes butter, condensed milks, and milk powders.
